  • समोसा बनाने के लिए निम्नलिखित सामग्री की आवश्यकता होती है:

  • मैदा – 2 कप
  • सूजी – 1/4 कप
  • नमक – स्वादानुसार
  • हल्दी पाउडर – 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
  • अजवाइन – 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
  • तेल – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
  • आलू – 4-5 मध्यम आकार के, उबले हुए और चीरा हुआ
  • हरी मिर्च – 2-3, बारीक कटी हुई
  • अदरक – 1 छोटी चम्मच, कद्दूकस किया हुआ
  • हरा धनिया – 2 टेबल स्पून, कटा हुआ
  • लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 छोटी चम्मच
  • धनिया पाउडर – 1 छोटी चम्मच
  • जीरा पाउडर – 1/2 छोटी चम्मच
  • घी – 2 बड़े चम्मच
  • पानी – समझौते के अनुसार

  5. Samosa ka shape taiyar hai.
  6. Ab samosa ko tel me tal dein. Samosa deep fry karne se pehle oil ko achche se garam karein.
  7. Samosa ko achche se talne ke baad tissue paper par nikal lein.

    2. Keema Samosa: Aloo ki jagah keema ka upyog karein aur masalo me keema aur pyaaz dalkar tayyar karein.
    3. Matar Samosa: Aloo ki jagah matar ka upyog karein aur masalo me matar, pyaaz, adrak, hara dhaniya aur lal mirch dalkar tayyar karein.
    4. Palak Paneer Samosa: Palak aur paneer ka upyog karein aur masalo me palak, paneer, pyaaz, adrak, hara dhaniya aur lal mirch dalkar tayyar karein.
    5. Cheese Corn Samosa: Corn aur cheese ka upyog karein aur masalo me corn, cheese, pyaaz, hara dhaniya aur lal mirch dalkar tayyar karein.

    Samosa ko serve karne ke liye aap hari chutney, imli chutney ya dahi ki chutney ke saath serve kar sakte hain.

  • Samosa ko tayyar karne ke liye, sabse pehle samosa ki patti tayyar karni hoti hai. Samosa ki patti ko aata ya maida se tayyar kiya jata hai.
